Daniel C. Hoffman is a 1984 graduate of the University of Notre Dame School of Law. For over 25 years his practice has focused on representing clients in a wide variety of claims, principally focused on employment related issues including extensive experience in workers’ compensation, discrimination, harassment, disability, and negligent hiring and retention. In addition to his employment related practice he has tried numerous jury trials in both State and Federal Courts involving personal injury, products liability, commercial and construction claims. He has written numerous articles and has been a frequent lecturer at seminars on a wide variety of workers’ compensation and defense litigation topics. He is a member of the Atlanta Claims Association and the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys and is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Federal Courts, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. He also serves as the firm’s managing partner.
Mr. Hoffman is also a member of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, and enjoys an AV Preeminent Peer review Rating fromMartindale-Hubbell.
