PREMISES LIABILITY

The defense of premises liability cases is an important part of our firm’s litigation practice. We represent clients in cases involving slip and fall, false imprisonment, false arrest, and inadequate security/third-party criminal acts. Our clients have included hotels/motels, apartment complexes, restaurants, governmental entities, small businesses, and homeowners. As in other areas of our litigation practice, our aim is to communicate with our clients in an effort to make cost-effective decisions which will resolve our clients’ cases in a manner most beneficial to our clients.
